At The Woodturners Catalog, we stand behind the quality of our tools and supplies; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days for a full refund or exchange. We aim to ensure every artisan has the right equipment to create their best work with confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your order details.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your package and ship it to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
